TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! KICKASS TKC TIPSTER SHARES A KCPD SURVEY ABOUT CONTROVERSIAL TAKE HOME CARS!!!

Earlier this summer, TKCb noted that neighborhood activists were starting to make a ruckus regarding take home cars.

Apparently, the KCPD is trying to get ahead of the curve on this one and they are reportedly eager to find out what people really think about "take home" police car policy.

A TKC Tipster turns in the following:

CHECK OUT THE KCPD TAKE HOME CAR SURVEY!!!

Actually, there are some good questions in the handout that was allegedly distributed at the Trailside Center on 99th and Holmes . . . Additionally, I like the theory that the TKC Tipster espouses about the need for market research:
The police department must be getting worried that citizens are getting tired of seeing police cars parked at private businesses when officers are working off duty. This seems like a push poll with the emphasis on neighborhoods.
I can't say I disagree too much . . . Still, from the looks of it, whatever kind of survey it is . . . It's in the very early stages of data collection . . . And I can't help but remain curious about what kind of numbers they're coming up with given that neighborhood folks are continuing to raise awareness about this issue without much help from the mainstream media.
